Supplier Process Control and Quality System
Pro QC’s supplier audits evaluate all manufacturing process control systems for both new and existing suppliers. Each audit report covers key areas, including management evaluation, quality control methods, non-conforming materials, corrective actions, and the adequacy of inspection and testing equipment.
Social Accountability (SA8000)
These evaluations focus on critical areas such as health and safety, discrimination, disciplinary practices, working hours, compensation, management practices, forced labor, freedom of association, and child labor laws.
Sustainability
In addition to conducting ISO 14000 (environmental) and SA8000 (social responsibility) audits, we now offer audits that integrate elements of both, along with additional criteria covering energy usage, renewable energy, greenhouse gas emissions, materials and waste reduction, life cycle management, and the supplier’s supply chain activities.

C-TPAT
The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a voluntary U.S. Customs and Border Protection program aimed at enhancing border security while expediting the processing of import shipments. Pro QC can audit your suppliers for C-TPAT compliance, whether for preparation to register in the program or for general risk management. Even if you don’t officially register, a C-TPAT audit offers valuable insights for managing the security of your production, products, and tooling at the supplier’s facility.
Financial Risk Assessment
Pro QC offers Financial Risk Assessment Audits to help you identify risks related to new product introductions, quality failures, rework, late deliveries, and expedited shipments. Our reports allow you to quantify the financial risks associated with supplier performance, aiding in sound supplier selection. Pro QC’s auditors visit the supplier, thoroughly reviewing each element of the assessment and verifying verbal assertions with documentary evidence. The audit report ranks financial risk as Very High Risk, High Risk, Medium Risk, or Low Risk, with photographs of related documentation and facilities included.
